Turnkey PCB assembly ยท South Korea
Turnkey PCB assembly in Korea, from BOM to tested boards
Stop coordinating a fab house, a parts broker and an assembly shop across three time zones. NexTurn PCB sources components, fabricates the board and runs SMT assembly in one Korean flow โ including quick-turn PCBA builds for hardware teams that need a working prototype before the next design review.

Turnkey, partial turnkey or consigned
Pick the sourcing model that matches your parts strategy โ the manufacturing flow stays the same.
| Model | Who buys the components | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Turnkey | NexTurn sources the full BOM | Teams without a procurement function, or who want one invoice and one owner |
| Partial turnkey | You consign critical parts, we source the rest | Long-lead MCUs, RF modules, customer-specified or allocated parts |
| Consigned | You ship the full kit | Teams with existing stock or franchised distributor contracts |
How a turnkey build runs
Five steps, one engineering contact.
1. Data package review
Gerber or ODB++, BOM with manufacturer part numbers, and pick-and-place. We flag anything missing before quoting rather than after.
2. DFM review โ 1โ3 business days
Manufacturability findings come back in writing with the affected nets, pads and clearances, plus proposed fixes.
3. Component sourcing
Parts are bought against your BOM; at-risk lines get alternate proposals with datasheets for your approval โ never a silent substitution.
4. Fabrication and SMT
Board fabrication, stencil, SMT and IMT assembly. 0402 standard with 0201 capability available.
5. Inspection and shipment
AOI, X-ray for BGA and hidden joints, plus electrical or functional test where specified. Reports ship with the boards.
Quotes within 2 business days
Complete packages are quoted in two business days, with a target turnaround stated per build.
What to send for a quick-turn PCBA quote
A complete package is the single biggest factor in how fast a quick-turn build actually moves.
| File | Format | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Fabrication data | Gerber RS-274X or ODB++ | Drives layer count, stack-up and finish pricing |
| BOM | XLS/CSV with MPN and quantity | Sourcing cannot start on generic descriptions |
| Pick and place | XY centroid with rotation | Required for SMT programming |
| Assembly drawing | Polarity, orientation and special handling notes | |
| Test requirements | Notes or test plan | Determines whether ICT/FCT is in the quote |
