High-reliability PCBA · South Korea
IPC Class 3 and high-reliability PCB manufacturing in Korea
Multi-layer, HDI and rigid-flex boards built to Class 3 workmanship with documented AOI, X-ray and electrical test — for aerospace, defense-adjacent, industrial and medical hardware programs that have to prove how a board was built, not just that it works.
- IPC-A-610 Class 3 workmanship
- Up to 32 layers, HDI and rigid-flex
- AOI + X-ray + electrical test
- Per-build inspection records
What changes when you declare Class 3
Class 3 is not a checkbox added after quoting — it changes acceptance criteria, rework rules and documentation across the whole build.
| Area | Class 2 (general) | Class 3 (high reliability) |
|---|---|---|
| Intended use | Service-life products, uninterrupted service not critical | Continued performance required; downtime cannot be tolerated |
| Solder fillet criteria | Standard acceptance | Tighter wetting and fillet requirements |
| Annular ring / plating | Standard | Stricter minimum annular ring and plating requirements |
| Rework allowance | More permissive | Restricted and documented |
| Inspection | AOI, sampling | AOI plus X-ray on hidden joints, documented records |
Board and assembly capability
Reliability starts in the stack-up, not at final inspection.
Multi-layer up to 32 layers
Impedance-controlled stack-ups reviewed against your target before fabrication, including blind and buried via structures.
Rigid-flex and flex prototypes
Bend radius, coverlay and stiffener placement reviewed at DFM stage, where most rigid-flex issues originate.
HDI structures
Microvia and fine-pitch designs quoted with the stack-up constraints stated up front rather than discovered at fabrication.
SMT and IMT assembly
0402 standard with 0201 capability available; mixed-technology boards handled in one flow.
X-ray inspection
BGA, QFN and other hidden joints imaged and reported, including void assessment.
Electrical and functional test
Flying probe or fixture-based electrical test, plus functional test when a procedure or fixture is supplied.
Programs we support
Common requirements from teams that come to us for reliability rather than price.
Aerospace and defense-adjacent
Class 3 workmanship, controlled materials and build traceability supporting your own qualification process.
Industrial and power
Heavy copper, thermal considerations and long-service-life expectations reviewed at DFM stage.
Medical and instrumentation
Documented inspection and consistent process records for design history file requirements on your side.
