South Korea PCB manufacturer
Korean PCB manufacturing and PCBA for global hardware teams
NexTurn PCB is a Seoul-based manufacturing partner for overseas engineering teams. Component sourcing, high-precision PCB fabrication and SMT assembly run under one roof, with English-language engineering support from quote to shipment — a practical allied-nation option for teams diversifying their electronics supply chain.
- English-speaking engineering support
- Allied-nation manufacturing base
- Fabrication + sourcing + SMT in one flow
- Strict IP and data handling
Supply chain diversification with a Korean second source
Single-region dependency is now a board-level risk, not just a procurement topic. Korea offers a full electronics ecosystem — substrate, components, assembly and test — inside one country, which keeps a second source from becoming a second engineering program.
Allied-nation manufacturing
Production takes place in South Korea under established export-control and IP frameworks, which matters for programs with customer or contractual restrictions on manufacturing origin.
Qualify without redesign
We build from your existing Gerber, BOM and pick-and-place package. DFM feedback is returned as review notes, not a forced redesign, so a Korean second source can be qualified on an active board.
Short internal distances
Sourcing, fabrication and assembly sit in one coordinated flow, so schedule risk is not passed between three unrelated vendors in three countries.
One data package, one owner
A single engineering contact owns your project end to end — no handoff between a fab broker, a parts broker and an assembly house.
Documented inspection
AOI, X-ray for BGA and hidden joints, electrical test and functional test options are reported per build so incoming inspection on your side has something to check against.
Gradual volume transfer
Most teams start with a prototype or bridge build, then shift a share of series volume once first-article results are approved.
What we manufacture
Rigid, multi-layer, HDI and rigid-flex boards, with turnkey or consigned assembly.
| Capability | Typical range | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Layer count | 1 – 32 layers | Multi-layer and HDI stack-ups reviewed before quoting |
| Board type | Rigid, rigid-flex, flex | Rigid-flex prototypes supported |
| Surface finish | HASL, LF-HASL, ENIG, OSP, immersion tin/silver | ENIG 0.03 µm and ≥ 0.03 µm available |
| Assembly | SMT + IMT | 0402 standard, 0201 capability available |
| Inspection | AOI, X-ray, ICT/FCT options | Reports issued per build |
| Workmanship class | IPC-A-610 Class 2 / Class 3 | Class 3 handled as a declared requirement, not an upsell |
English-speaking engineering support
The most common complaint about overseas manufacturing is not price — it is the review loop. Our engineers answer stack-up, part substitution and tolerance questions directly in English, so a DFM question does not cost a day per round trip.
DFM review: 1–3 business days
Manufacturability findings are returned as a written review with the specific nets, pads or clearances involved.
Quotes within 2 business days
Complete data packages are quoted within two business days; incomplete ones get a list of exactly what is missing.
Part substitution proposals
When a BOM line is at risk, we propose alternates with datasheet references for your approval — we do not swap silently.
